Evertons Wines Ltd ("Evertons", "Us", "We") do not and will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the legal purchasing age of 18 years. By placing an order with us, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age and we reserve the right to refuse delivery if we are not sure that this is the case.

Orders can be placed using our website or by telephone. We accept most major credit cards.

Any order placed only becomes a contract once we have accepted the order and processed payment. You will be informed on the progress of you order via email. When you place an order, you are agreeing to the prices stated, subject to offers, promotions and terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may change or terminate the availability of any product at any time. Payments taken for any order which is refused or canceled will be refunded in full.

All prices on our website are listed in British Pounds Sterling and inclusive of UK VAT at the standard rate. Customers from outside the EU are responsible for taxation and duty in their respective countries. Customers purchasing in another currency will be given an exchange rate as set out by their payment card supplier, which is outside of our control.

Promotions and offers are as stated. Additional discounts are available only to trade customers, please contact us for further details.

Although we strive to ensure all prices on our site are accurate, an error may occur occasionally and a price may be incorrect. We will not be obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price. Should a pricing error occur with your order, we will contact you via email and confirm whether you wish to proceed with the updated pricing or cancel your order with a full refund for any payment taken.

We reserve the right to change pricing, offers and goods at any time, except as part of an accepted order (not including pricing errors).

Payment can be made via our website or telephone, using a credit or payment card. Trade customers may contact us for further options.

The transmission of your card details to our server and to the payment processor will be encrypted for your security.

Any paper communication will be sent to the card billing address.

We aim to get delivery done within 14 days of your order being placed , normally it will be achieved much sooner.Orders of £150.00 (exc.VAT) or more will be delivered free of charge only if to a single delivery address, multiple delivery address are subject to the standard delivery charges. All other orders are delivered for a flat rate of £8.95. A specific delivery date and time may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. We may be able to notify you by telephone when delivery is going to be made, if required (courier dependent). We are not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for any costs incurred as a result of a redelivery requirement which is no fault of our own.

All charges for delivery within the UK will be subject to VAT. International deliveries may be subject to local taxation, for which the customer is responsible.

We are sure you will be delighted with your order but in the unlikely event a product needs to be returned, the following terms apply (these do no effect your statutory rights). We aim to process any returns as quickly as possible.

A full refund or replacement will be provided for any product which is faulty. We may request that faulty products are returned to us, which we will arrange at your convenience.

Please inform us of any need to return or replace an item and we will guide you through the returns process.

Cancellations will be refunded as soon as the order is returned to us in confirmed marketable condition.
