• Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay are cold fermented to preserve freshness and give the primary fruit flavours dominance. Both wines show good length and depth.

• Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon present rich, dark fruits and preserve structure whilst having soft, approachable tannins

Villa Rosa Merlot is deep violet in colour with wonderful aromas of blackberries, cherries and plums. A delicious, easy drinking red wine.
